1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "tk791", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the tk791.io platform and all associated services.
• "Platform" means the tk791.io website, mobile-optimised site, any associated applications, and all features, tools, and content made available therein.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the Platform.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account, excluding any conditional bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free spins, or promotional awards credited to a User's Account under a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked in eligible games before they may be converted to withdrawable Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures used to confirm a User's identity, age, and source of funds.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which the Platform primarily operates for Bangladeshi players.

2 Eligibility

Use of the tk791 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the tk791 Platform, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• Each individual may hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at tk791's discretion, and any balances or winnings in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obliged to update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• tk791 reserves the right to require documentary KYC verification at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. Accepted documents typically include a national identity card, passport, or driving licence, plus proof of payment method ownership.

4 Deposits & Payments

tk791 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• The minimum deposit is ৳100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier; current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time following confirmation from the payment provider. tk791 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• tk791 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which tk791 bears no responsibility.

• tk791 reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, related to money laundering, or in breach of these Terms.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by account VIP tier.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically feasible.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. tk791 may request supporting documentation before releasing funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to your Account Balance.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad — within 24 hours; Rocket and Upay — within 48 hours; Visa and Mastercard — 3 to 5 business days. Black Diamond VIP members are eligible for expedited same-day processing on qualifying requests.
• Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared Balance resulting from completed wagering may be withdrawn.
• tk791 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due-diligence checks on large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing timelines. Users will be notified of any such delay.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

tk791 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available once per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full within the time period specified for each offer. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings remaining at expiry will be forfeited.
• tk791 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where doing so would retroactively disadvantage a player who has already opted in and begun fulfilling wagering requirements in good faith.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent. They cannot be used to meet minimum deposit requirements for subsequent promotions.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk — may result in the cancellation of the bonus, reversal of associated winnings, and account suspension.
• The Black Diamond VIP Programme accumulates points on all real-money wagers placed on the Platform. Points, tier status, and associated privileges are not transferable between accounts.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the tk791 Platform:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. tk791 will not reverse or amend a bet after it has been accepted except in cases of a manifest technical error on our part.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or sporting event that renders the outcome undeterminable, tk791 reserves the right to void the relevant wager and return stakes to the affected accounts.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk791 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, fraud, or any form of money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent Platform security.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal recreational use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of tk791.

11 Limitation of Liability

Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability, for which tk791 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred during or immediately after such periods.

12 Privacy & Data

tk791 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and where you have consented, marketing communications. tk791 does not sell personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

13 Amendments to These Terms

tk791 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, tk791 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account, not less than 7 days before the changes take effect, unless immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
